Gerry Krieg has been producing maps for 20+ years since obtaining an MA in Geography (Cartographic Emphasis) from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1995. In addition to the various types of maps mentioned on the Introductory page, he has produced large format maps for Museum exhibitions, including one at the University Museum on the U of Penn campus on Archaeological sites in the Aegean, and a study of historic fire houses in Philadelphia at the Mercer Museum in Doylestown, Pa.
Gerry is president of the Norwood Shade Tree Committee, which works mainly to scrounge funds from the ever-generous borough council (if they're reading this), while also dropping the odd tree in the ground for the pleasure of the community (or at least the neighbor birds). Music of all kinds has long been his muse, particularly the strains of old-time fiddle and banjo - back porch music - which have been largely replaced by decks (the porches, not the music) round these parts.
